Race in Toronto

Tuesday July 18

Gave it my all this weekend in Toronto, but ended up in P8. It wasn’t the result we were hoping for, as a couple of car issues prevented us from achieving a top 5 finish. Next week we head out for the west coast swing, can’t wait.

First 70.3 Ironman – Sub 5h

I went from not being able to run a 5K or swim at all, to finishing a 70.3 Ironman in 4:58:18—after just 20 weeks of training.

Mission accomplished this weekend- what an incredible experience it was to participate in the inaugural NASCAR Xfinity Chicago street race.

What an action packed race in Newfoundland. We started 10th, but thanks to a strong team effort mid-race we were able to finish in 4th place.
